Dear Cathalina, thank you for the mail and notification.
It is confirmed that our connection server had a temporary malfunction yesterday (May 15) causing the connection light invalid and live view function down. It was around 15 hours to 11 hours ago. It has been recovered by the engineer.
Kindly let us know if it works good again or still any trouble. Thank you for kind understanding and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
